Save The Arts was born out of a passion to fight back against the defunding of high school art programs within the Blue Valley school district.
The group advocates for creativity's utility beyond mere artistic expression, believing that cultivating a creative mentality early on helps better equip students to become more unique in their thinking and problem-solving abilities.
The identity developed for this project exemplifies the organization through a contrasting exercise employing typography and color as the guiding concept.
The logo is a representation of the artistic endeavor in its most simple form. Employing a color palette that is both neutral and vibrant distinguishes the organization while referencing and the urgency to save the art programs before they fade away.
